Flexrail2 Design

• Layout:Design track layout, bearing in mind the location of the power junction box. Power feed can be attached anywhere along the track layout. Flexrail may be bent by hand, but bend using the bending tool are reccomended to create smooth curves. Preformed curves are also available.
• Suspension: Flexriai2 must be supported at minimum every 48 inches. When heavy fixtures or pendants are used closer suspension is required. A wide variety of suspension standoffs are available to connect and suspend track sections or simply suspend mid sections of track lengths.
• Power: Each Flexrail2 is rated at 4800 Watts at 24000 Watts per circuit. Total wattage of fixtures should not exceed 2400 per each circuit. If more power is required, the track must be split into sections and powered by independent transformers. Dead end connectors can join the 2 track section without interfering with the design continuity.
