Terms of Use
All use of garbes.com website is subject to the terms and conditions that comprise this agreement. Changes, additions, and deletions to this site or Terms of this agreement governing your use of this site, may be changed without notice. Your use of this web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
Credit Card and Check Validation
All on-line sales transactions are contingent on the positive identification and verification of credit card and checking information.
Returns/Refunds Policy
Any item that is not maintained in the Garbe Industries showroom as general stock is considered a special order and is not refundable/returnable. Any item which is ordered through an internet sale and is generally for sale within the Garbe Industries showroom may be returned, but a 20 percent re-stocking fee is imposed. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the customer must pay to have the item shipped to Garbe industries in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mirrors and/or framed artwork are exceptions as there is no refund or return allowed on these items (unless damaged in shipping). If there is any uncertainty as to whether an item is returnable, please contact customer service representative at Garbe Industries (800-735-2241).
Refunds will be credited to the same credit card account (or a check sent to the customer) within one to seven business days of receipt of merchandise at Garbe Industries for refund.
Shipping
The customary method for shipping is via standard UPS non signature. If you wish to sign for your item (which will incur additional charges), please make shipping arrangements by calling Garbe's at (800) 735-2241.
Items that are too large to be shipped vis UPS will be shipped by a trucking freight carrier and additional information along with additional charges will be required. We have done our best to note these larger items on our web site.
If an item is damaged in shipping or is received in a defective condition, the customer is required to contact Garbe's within 24 hours of receiving the shipment for resolution and/or refund.
Pricing
We do our very best to provide accurate pricing, but on very rare occasions there may be an item that was incorrectly priced. In such cases Garbes.com may contact you with the corrected price and give you the option of either continuing with the order or cancelling the order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
