Garbe Industries, Inc. respects its Internet customer's privacy and has instituted policies to ensure that personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner.
Any information collected by Garbe Industries, Inc. from you is for the sole purpose of providing you requested information or for the completion of any sales transaction. All e-mail originating from garbes.com is for the sole purpose of responding to customers request for product pricing and availability, or to inform customers of pending sales. Garbe's does not send unsolicited e-mail, nor do we sell customers e-mail information to other organizations.
Security
Garbe Industries, Inc. takes great care to safeguard our customer's personal information. This site uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and a Network Solutions secure certificate issued exclusively to the GARBES.COM Web site.
Credit Card and Check Validation
All on-line sales transactions are contingent on the positive identification and verification of credit card and checking information.
Ordering On-line
To order on line, follow the steps as described in the on-line shopping cart. Upon completion, a confirmation will be e-mailed to you along with an invoice number.
If you prefer to order via telephone, call Garbe Industries at (800) 735-2241 Monday-Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Central Time). Closed on Sunday
SHIPPING DETAILS
The customary methods for shipping are UPS. Fedex, USPS.
All orders over $74.99 are shipped for free with four exceptions:
(1) Orders under $74.99 will be charged a shipping fee:
Orders up to $39.99 will be charged $7.50
Orders from $40.00 to $49.99 will be charged $11.30
Orders from $50.00 to $59.99 will be charged $13.90
Orders from $60.00 to $74.99 will be charged $16.50
(2) Orders that require expedited shipping such as next day, second day, third day, etc.
(3) Items shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
(4) Oversized or heavy items that require to be shipped by motor freight. You will have to call for a freight quote. These items are noted as "non-standard shipping" items when you click on purchase.
All shipments within the continental U.S. are shipped by UPS ground. Special restrictions apply to shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Please contact Garbe Industries for information and shipping charges.
While Garbe Industries ships orders throughout the United States and it territories, the company does not ship internationally. If an order is to be shipped overseas, this can be arranged with the use of a freight forwarding company. Garbe Industries would ship the merchandise to a freight forwarding company in the United States. It would then be the customer’s responsibility to have the item shipped to its destination from the freight forwarding company.
DELIVERY
All delivery times are based on availability of merchandise, warehouse location, credit verification, weather conditions and other factors. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. Because we depend on outside delivery services, including but not limited to, UPS, Fedex and USPS, Garbe Industries does not guarantee any delivery dates. We sill do our best to get you the products you need. We want your repeat business and will do everything we can to earn it.
Note: While Garbe Industries does not require a signature on small parcel deliveries, it is ultimately up to the driver's discretion. If delivery without a signature is desired, it is advised you leave a note on the door with appropriate instructions.)
Larger items will ship via truck freight. Items shipped freight are delivered to curbside or driveway only.. Truck freight orders require that someone is available to accept the delivery. Most carriers will contact you to set up a delivery time, usually a 2-4 hour appointment window during normal business hours.
If the carrier is unable to contact the customer, the customer will then be responsible for any storage fees, freight charges back to the manufacturer in addition to the original shipment expense.
RETURNS/REUFNDS POLICY
Any item that is not maintained in the Garbe Industries showroom or warehouse as general stock is considered "special order" and is not refundable/returnable. Any item which is ordered through an internet sale and is generally for sale within the Garbe Industries showroom or warehouse may be returned with a 20% restocking fee. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the customer must pay to have the item shipped to Garbe Industries in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mirrors and/or framed artwork are exceptions as there is no refund or return allowed on these items (unless damaged in shipping). If there is any uncertainty as to whether an item is returnable, please contact a customer service representative at Garbe Industries.
Refunds will be credited to the same credit card account (or a check sent to the customer) within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise at Garbe Industries.
All items must be in original condition and packaging when received at Garbe Industries for refund. Lighting fixtures can not have been wired in.
DAMAGES
Please open all items immediately upon receipt and inspect them for damage (visual or otherwise), even if you are waiting for an install to do the installation or if they are not going to be used immediately. Any damage should be reported to customer service within 48 hours. Items delivered by freight line MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS IN ORDER TO FILE A CLAIM.
